I was skeptical about a flame-free candle, but the way this flickers from its charge is honestly calming. It lasted through three straight evenings of reading on the porch, which I did not expect.

The 28-hour battery life is no joke—I charged it once before a weekend trip and it still glowed every night without needing a match or worrying about it blowing out. The flicker looks surprisingly close to a real flame, too.

Set it on the patio at dusk and within minutes the whole space glows like real candlelight, but it's totally safe to leave near the curtains. No matches, no smoke, just a soft flicker that runs for hours—I've had it on six nights now and haven't needed to recharge yet.
